The carer has been very supportive and they were able to support client with her care needs using person centred approach. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate particularly this client with complex needs. The carer along with her superiors has facilitated and offered all the support were possible to sustain this client in her own home and avoid unnecessary hospital admission in this difficult climate. The care agency have been extremely helpful, supportive, flexible, they were able to communicate efficiently and provide necessary support in timely manner.
