Career pathways at Abicare

We are proud to support all staff with their professional and personal development – we recognise that every single person has different skills, strengths and interests, which is why we offer a wide range of training on various topics by our in-house training team. 

We have a number of varied roles (including carer roles, working in management, office based roles, etc) so whether you’re new to care, you’re already a carer and wish to progress, or you are looking to join Abicare in a non carer role, our supportive team can help you to meet your full potential.

Abicare Training Academy

Abicare’s bespoke training has always received huge praise throughout the care industry. We provide comprehensive care training from our highly qualified team of trainers, and we are proud to support all of our colleagues to grow their skills and knowledge base so we can all be the very best that we can be.

Personal & Career Development

We encourage all staff to communicate with their line manager about their career plans, and we actively support our staff to gain continuous experience and to advance within

the company. We offer bespoke in-house training courses on a number of subjects relevant to different roles within the company, as well as access to FREE online training for a variety of courses on My Learning Cloud. We also pay costs for any relevant external training courses.
