The wellbeing of our clients is at the heart of Abicare – We will endeavour to complete your care assessment within 24 hours of your initial enquiry and have the carer in post within 24-48 hours. We ask that you allow 48 hours before we check in on how things are going to give you and your carer the chance to get to know each other. However, we know that sometimes things don’t always work out. If you don’t get along with your live-in caregiver, we will be happy to find someone new. We also understand that circumstances change, and over time you may need to change to a carer with specialist experience if you have a deteriorating condition. Alternatively, you may decide you need an extra pair of hands, and we can appoint a full-time second carer if that’s the case. We are always ready to adapt to changes and will work with you to ensure you can continue to live your life as independently as possible.
