With Abicare, there are plenty of different payment options
Having a live-in carer can often be more cost-effective than a nursing home, and it also means that you can stay living at home for as long as possible. There are multiple ways to pay for Live-in care, and you may be eligible for funding from the Government, so get in touch today to find out more and see why Live-in care could be the right option for you.
Types of care costs
Live-in health care costs are dependent on the level of care needed, but there are two ways to pay for your Live-in care:
Self-funded / private care – You will fund the cost of your care – the amount you will have to pay will be based on a financial assessment by the council.
State-funded / social services funded care – Your care will be paid for by the State, also referred to as the Government, the local council, local authorities, or social services. A financial assessment will be conducted to check that you are eligible to receive state-funded care.
