Did you know that we provide Stroke Care?
We understand that recovering from a stroke can be a long process, which is why our carers are fully trained to provide the care you need.
What we offer:
Based on the care plan and specific needs of you or your loved one, our carers can visit at specific times of the day- You can choose the amount of visits you require per day or per week and for how long each visit will last.
We provide home care in and around Salisbury, Swindon, Bradford-on-Avon, Basingstoke and South East Wales.
If your usual caregiver needs to take a break, we offer respite care to help support you and your caregiver.
As well as providing visiting care and respite care, Abicare offers Live-in stroke care. One of our trained Live-in carers will live with you or your loved one at home to provide the practical and compassionate support that you need, based on your requirements and person-centered care plan. We provide Live-in care throughout England and Wales.
