Abicare

Tracey is our Care Operations RI in Wales, and she has 20 years experience in Social Care, where she started her care career as a coordinator. Tracey is responsible for Carers and Clients in Wales, ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate Wales, growing the business, developing new and improved services.

Tracey joined Abicare just after her Mother passed away – she was looking for a Company that had a leader with a vision, had family values and not just wanted to make a difference but was actively and continually doing this. With this in mind, Tracey’s vision is for Abicare to be the Employer and Provider of Choice.

Tracey also ran her own Pub for 7 years, and she  once starred in an episode of Pet Rescue with her puppy, Zeus.
