Abicare

Charlotte has been with Abicare for 6 years, starting off as a carer and working her way up to become a Locality Manager.

Charlotte is in charge of managing her team, making sure they are happy and feel fully supported – as well as liaising with new clients and their loved ones. She takes pride in managing her team and will always try to help them where she can, no matter how big or small the problem may be because it’s essential to her that she has a great team. 

Charlotte likes working for Abicare because she has been given the opportunity to better herself – Her plans for the future are to build an even more robust team, showing others what a brilliant team she has and welcoming new individuals to the team. She would also like to further her career with Abicare by becoming a Registered Manager.
