Abicare

Angela has had a lot of career progression with Abicare, starting out as a carer before becoming a Locality Manager and then a Registered Manager, with two teams to manage. In her current role, Angela is in charge of managing two Abicare teams and supporting her staff. She is also a point of contact for CQC and deals with management reporting.

During her time at Abicare, Angela completed her degree with the Open University and the Level 5 Diploma in order to become a Registered Manager.

Angela’s vision for the future is that she would like to see the profile of social care raised to the level of importance it deserves.
